Best things to do in Las Vegas with Kids
Jody Vandergriff
That's right...with kids. Although not traditionally thought of as a child-friendly destination, Las Vegas offers tons of activities for the little ones. Don't forget to book a babysitter for at least one date night on the town though. ;)
Mandalay Bay, Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay, Siegfried & Roy's Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat, 5 Star Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours, David Copperfield, High Roller, The Beatles LOVE, Circus Circus Hotel and Casino, Fountains of Bellagio

Very cool aquarium to check out with the kiddos right on the Vegas strip.

For an up close encounter with some rare and exotic animals, right on the Vegas strip!

5 Star Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours in Nevada, United States

For an elevated experience, a tour of the Grand Canyon by helicopter is a must. Take off right from the Vegas strip. Be sure to time your tour so that you land back in Vegas in time for the lights to illuminate the strip.

An oldie but a goodie and super kid friendly!

High Roller in Las Vegas, United States

For a chill afternoon, hop on board the High Roller. For an adults-only experience, jump in the car with a bar!

The Beatles LOVE in Las Vegas, United States

If you are a Beatles fan, this is a must see for adults and children alike. For me, it's the best Cirque of them all.

Circus Circus Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, United States

So yeah, this place is old AF and in desperate need of a make-over, but I can't help but feel intense nostalgia every time I pass through the doors. Take one for the team and bring the kiddos here - they will be entertained for hours by the old school carnival games in Midway and with the circus acts from the 1980s that light up every hour.

Fountains of Bellagio in Las Vegas, United States

You can't miss the Fountains at the Bellagio - they are in the central strip and go off every 30 minutes, entertaining crowds with incredible choreographed water displays found no where else in the world.

Unlike many pools on the Vegas strip full of naked dance parties and drunk frat boys, the pool at the Mandalay Bay is super kid friendly, complete with a lazy river and a wave pool.
