Long gone are the days of cheap all you can eat buffets. Today's Las Vegas is all about world class cuisine coupled with experiences only found in sin city.

Perhaps the only place in the world where you can dine with real life mermaids.

At Picasso, you can see 10 real Picasso works of art gracing the walls, catch a view of the Bellagio fountains and sit at the table from that scene in Oceans 11 (Table 34). Not bad for one night out in sin city.

Good food, fun ambiance, great lychee martinis - but the best part about Tao is diners can skip line to the Tao Nightclub and head straight in after dinner.

It's a party the second you step foot in this Alice in Wonderland inspired restaurant. Incredible cuisine coupled with table side performances and spontaneous bouts of dancing make for a memorial night at this modern supper club.
- chiefseeker Very sad to report this place has closed.

BLACKOUT Dining in the Dark in Las Vegas, United States

For an experience that rattles the senses, dine in complete darkness at Blackout. The waitstaff (fitted with night vision goggles) guide you through a fixed menu.

Unique is an understatement. Superfrico is an immersive experience. From the funky decor that screams "Instagram me!" to the weird, wacky and wild entertainment, this place guarantees an unforgettable night. The cuisine is Italian American Psychedelic - I don't know what that means exactly - but its delicious and surprising. Superfrico is particularly great for celebratory occasions with groups of friends but book early as it's booked up on most nights.
