      Raynham Hall is a famously haunted destination for housing one of the most authenticated ghosts in history. The ‘brown lady’ was captured on film in 1936 and is said to be the ghost of Lady Dorothy Walpole whose husband locked her in a room. Magazines, travelers, and lords have all witnessed the ethereal aura of the brown lady- perhaps you could be next.

It is said that former prisoners haunt the dungeons, as well as other reported paranormal activity on the castle grounds.

Home to the Borgvattnet Vicarage, Sweden’s infamous haunted hotel. With ghost sightings dating from the 1920s into the modern-day, spending a night at the Borgvattnet Vicarage is a perfect getaway for spooky seekers.

Count Vlad the Impaler resided in this medieval castle, as his gory name suggests, the count was the inspiration for Dracula, with a long and bloody legacy.

      Poveglia is a small island located between Venice and Lido with a grim history, infamously nicknamed the “Island Of Ghosts”. The island was used as a quarantine destination for those infected with the black death, as well as a mass burial ground- to this day the soil on Poveglia is said to be made up of 50% human ash. If this wasn’t spooky enough for you, the island is made up of creepy abandoned buildings and even an abandoned mental hospital that was once used for human experimentation during the 1920s. Yes! We’re shivering too, this stop is definitely for the brave ones out there.
